Administration Condemns 'Democrat Hoax' as Additional Jeffrey Epstein Photos Released

Democratic lawmakers have released a new tranche of what they termed "troubling" images from the property of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, depicting among others Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The initial drop of 19 images—some of which have been seen before—along with another 70 issued later on Friday constitute a small number of the nearly 100,000 images provided to the House investigative panel, which is probing the conduct and connections of Epstein.

The shamed investor was a victim of apparent suicide in a New York jail cell in 2019 after being charged with sex-trafficking crimes.

High-Profile Individuals in the Images

Included in the high-profile individuals shown in the opening set are well-known figures including movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin conglomerate.

Donald Trump appears in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is seen with six women, whose faces are obscured.

Administration Reaction

The White House addressed the release in a statement, accusing Democrats of selectively "cherry-picking" the images for electoral motives and to "attempt to fabricate a false storyline."

"This Democratic fabrication against President Trump has been consistently disproven," a White House spokesperson said, maintaining that "the current government has achieved more for Epstein's victims than Democrats ever have by frequently urging disclosure, releasing thousands of pages of documents, and calling for additional probes into Epstein's Democratic associates."

Congressional Democrat Statement

The photos were disclosed without context, but per a California Democrat and senior member of the oversight committee, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's associations with affluent people.

"It is time to stop this White House obfuscation and deliver justice to the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends," he stated in a comment.

The disclosure of these materials comes as the oversight committee continuing its probe into the Epstein matter.
